New bill upgrades unauthorized Internet streaming to a felony: Two months ago, the Obama administration asked Congress to make illicit online streaming of copyrighted movies and TV shows a felony. Such a bill has now been introduced by two senators.


US warns: hack us, and we might bomb you: The government's new "International Strategy for Cyberspace" warns that all responses are on the table after a severe cyberattack, including military strikes—even if the cyberattack is made on a US ally.
